Joe is a pragmatic, proactive leader with broad business and technical expertise in driving the lean and effective application of information technologies.  With more than 30 years as the senior IT leader in a variety of businesses, Joe brings a wide perspective to current technology challenges.

Joe holds a master’s degree and eleven technical certifications. In his current role as Vice President of Information Services for Gaylor Electric, Inc, he leads the IT team that helps drive the business forward with reliable technology resources and decision-making data.
