Kirby leads the Talent Acquisition team for EyeCare Partners, which began as Clarkson Eyecare in Missouri/Illinois, and has now grown to more than 550 locations in 18 states, which proudly operate under their locally recognized and respected brand names in each market. Our expanding network of practices is supported by our corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri. We recruit for all field and doctor positions across the country. Kirby leads people, process, and technology for recruiting.

Kirby holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia (MIZ) and a Master's Degree In Human Resource Development from Webster University. Kirby has worked in recruiting for over 15 years.

Kirby and his wife Kelli are the modern-day Brady Bunch. He has 2 sons still living at home, she has 2 daughters, and they do their best to feed everyone. He has 1 grown daughter too! They have 2 dogs, 3 Guinea pigs, 2 geckos, and 2 fish. When not spending time with his family or feeding animals, he enjoys playing indoor soccer (goalie), watching sports, and keeping up with Mizzou football.
